Opinel Parallele Ham/Salmon Knife 30cm

The 1.5mm in thickness, long, and very flexible blade, allows cutting very fine slices of ham or salmon from a supple back and forth movement. X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensures a perfect cut. Blade hardness 56-57 HRC.
